Dr. JiangBiao He received the prestigious 2019 IEEE Industry Application Society (IAS) Andrew W. Smith Outstanding Young Member Achievement Award at the 54th IAS Annual Meeting, which was recently co-hosted with the 2019 IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Expo (ECCE-2019), in Baltimore, MD. This award recognizes outstanding contributions to the profession through involvement in IEEE IAS activities by a society member who is less than 35 years of age.
